Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
Western blot analysis of mouse brain tissue lysate.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Paraffin embedded sections of human nerve tissue were incubated with UCHL1 monoclonal antibody , clone 3D9 (Cat # MAB1100) (1:100) for 2 hours at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed in 0.1M sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB).
Immunofluorescence
Immunofluorescence analysis of U87 MG cells. The cell was stained with UCHL1 monoclonal antibody, clone 3D9 (1:100). The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue).
