The monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse Il6st, a 130 kD Type-I transmembrane glycoprotein containing a 597 amino acid extracellular domain, a single transmembrane domain, and a 277 amino acid cytoplasmic domain.
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

Staining of BALB/c splenocytes with Anti-mouse CD3e FITC and 0.125 ug of rat IgG2a kappa isotype control purified (upper) or 0.125 ug of Il6st monoclonal antibody, clone KGP130 (Cat # MAB10942) (bottom) followed by F(ab')2 Anti-rat IgG PE. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
