Western Blot (Recombinant protein)
Western blot analysis of recombinant human AK isozymes. Lane 1 : AK1. Lane 2 : AK2. Lane 3 : AK3. Lane 4 : mouse liver. To probed with AK3 monoclonal antibody , clone SJB3 - 36 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1065) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
Immunohistochemistry
Immunohistochemistry of human liver tissue was incubated with AK3 monoclonal antibody, clone SJB3-36 (Cat# MAB1065) for 2 hours at room temperature. Slide was then washed in PBS , and was incubated in avidin biosystem anti - rabbit labeled polymer for 30 min at RT. Enzyme detection was performed with DAB chromogen.
Immunocytochemistry
Immunocytochemistry analysis of U87 MG cells. The cell was stained with AK3 monoclonal antibody, clone SJB3-36 (Cat# MAB1065) (1:100). The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue)
Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometry analysis of jurkat cell line, staining at 2-5 ug for 1x106cells (red line). The secondary antibody used goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa fluor 488 conjugate. Isotype control antibody was mouse IgG (black line).
