For immediate use, keep at 4°C, stable for up to one month. For long term storage store at -20°C.

Keeps the Taq DNA polymerase from being activated at storage conditions; prevents nonspecific amplification and primer-dimer formation in PCR amplification; Also used preparation of hot-start PCR or qPCR master mixes. For each Taq DNA polymerase or Taq from different batch, the antibody titration test must be performed to find the best ratio of antibody to Taq DNA polymerase. Too much antibody added to Taq DNA polymerase could kill the PCR reaction!
