Applications
Western Blot
Immunoprecipitation
Immunoprecipitation of human PAG1 from the lysate of Raji human Burkitt lymphoma cell line. Western blot was immunostained with human PAG1 monoclonal antibody, clone PAG - C1 (Cat # MAB0934). PAG1 is a 46 KDa adaptor protein, which however migrates on SDS PAGE gels anomalously as an 80 KDa molecule. Lane 1, 2 : Immunoprecipitation with PAG1 monoclonal antibody, clone PAG - C1 (Cat # MAB0934). Lane 3 : Immunoprecipitation with PAG1 polyclonal antibody. -
