Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against native FUT4.
Native purified FUT4 from human granulocytes.
This antibody reacts with CD15, a cell membrane molecule 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine (3-FAL) strongly expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, mast cells; it is also present on Langerhans cells and some myeloid precursors cells.
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
The product of this gene transfers fucose to N-acetyllactosamine polysaccharides to generate fucosylated carbohydrate structures. It catalyzes the synthesis of the non-sialylated antigen, Lewis x (CD15). [provided by RefSeq
