    Lane 1: CMTM5 transfected lysate ( 17 KDa).
    Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate.

    Recommend Usage

Use it directly for immuno-precipitation, or heat lysate with SDS gel loading buffer to 95°C for 5 minutes followed by rapid cooling for western blot application. If dissociating conditions are required, add reducing agent prior to heating.

    Storage Buffer

    In modified RIPA Lysis Buffer.

    Storage Instruction

Store at -80°C. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

    Gene Summary

This gene belongs to the chemokine-like factor gene superfamily. This family of genes encodes multi-pass membrane proteins that are similar to both the chemokine and the transmembrane 4 superfamilies of signaling molecules. Alternate transcriptional splice variants of this gene, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. [provided by RefSeq
