    Total RNA from mouse tissue was isolated using a reagent system. 10 μg of each RNA was subjected to miRNA isolation using the miRNA Isolation Kit. The purified miRNA was resolved in 50 μL of Release Buffer and a 1/10 volume aliquot (5 μL) was analyzed by electrophoresis on a 2% agarose gel.
