PPID (Human) ELISA Kit is a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for quantitative measurement of human PPID in plasma, serum, and cell culture.
Calibration Range:
12.5 to 200 ng/mL
Reactivity:
Human
Quality Control Testing:
Standard curve
The standard curve is for the purpose of illustration only and should not be used to calculate unknowns. A standard curve should be generated each time the assay is performed.
Storage Instruction:
Store components of the kit at 4°C or -20°C as described in the protocol.
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) family. PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and accelerate the folding of proteins. This protein has been shown to possess PPIase activity and, similar to other family members, can bind to the immunosuppressant cyclosporin A. [provided by RefSeq
