  • Product Description:
  • Anti-Nivolumab (Human) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunoassay for the qualitative measurement of antibody against Nivolumab in human serum or plasma.
    Target gene is PD-1.
  • Reactivity:
  • Human
  • Storage Instruction:
  • Store the kit at 4°C.
  • Note:
  • Nivolumab infusion camouflages/masks the presence of antibody to Nivolumab (ATN) in serum/plasma samples. Therefore, blood sampling time is critical for detection of ATN. It is convenient to obtain blood sample just before the infusion or at least 2 weeks after the infusion of Nivolumab.
  • Suitable Sample:
  • Plasma, Serum
  • Sample Volume:
  • 10 uL
  • Label:

  • Gene Description:
  • programmed cell death 1
  • Gene Summary:
  • This gene encodes a cell surface membrane protein of the immunoglobulin superfamily. This protein is expressed in pro-B-cells and is thought to play a role in their differentiation. In mice, expression of this gene is induced in the thymus when anti-CD3 antibodies are injected and large numbers of thymocytes undergo apoptosis. Mice deficient for this gene bred on a BALB/c background developed dilated cardiomyopathy and died from congestive heart failure. These studies suggest that this gene product may also be important in T cell function and contribute to the prevention of autoimmune diseases. [provided by RefSeq
