Product Description
DNMT Activity/Inhibition Assay Ultra Kit (Colorimetric) is suitable for measuring total DNMT activity or inhibition using nuclear extracts or purified enzymes from a broad range of species such as mammalians, plants, fungi, bacteria, and viruses in a variety of forms including, but not limited to, cultured cells and fresh/frozen tissues.
Suitable Sample
Purified DNMT Enzymes or Nuclear Extracts.
Sample Volume
The amount of nuclear extracts for each assay can be between 0.5 ug to 20 ug with an optimal range of 5-10 ug. The amount of purified enzymes can be 0.5 ng to 200 ng, depending on the purity and catalytic activity of the enzymes.
