Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human APITD1 peptide using ARM Technology.
A synthetic peptide of human APITD1 is used for rabbit immunization. Customer or Abnova will decide on the preferred peptide sequence.
Quality Control Testing:
Antibody reactive against human APITD1 peptide by ELISA and mammalian transfected lysate by Western Blot.
In 1x PBS, pH 7.4
Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
1. Customer may provide cell or tissue lysate for antibody screening. 2. Rabbit monoclonal antibody generated by ARM technology is amenable to antibody engineering including F(ab)2, IgG, scFv and different Fc and non-Fc conjugates per customer request.
This gene was identified in the neuroblastoma tumour suppressor candidate region on chromosome 1p36. It contains a TFIID-31 domain, similar to that found in TATA box-binding protein-associated factor, TAF(II)31, which is required for p53-mediated transcription activation. This gene was expressed at very low levels in neuroblastoma tumours, and was shown to reduce cell growth in neuroblastoma cells, suggesting that it may have a role in a cell death pathway. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq
