Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human VAC14 peptide using ARM Technology.
A synthetic peptide of human VAC14 is used for rabbit immunization. Customer or Abnova will decide on the preferred peptide sequence.
Quality Control Testing:
Antibody reactive against human VAC14 peptide by ELISA and mammalian transfected lysate by Western Blot.
In 1x PBS, pH 7.4
Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
1. Customer may provide cell or tissue lysate for antibody screening. 2. Rabbit monoclonal antibody generated by ARM technology is amenable to antibody engineering including F(ab)2, IgG, scFv and different Fc and non-Fc conjugates per customer request.
Phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate (PI(3,5)P2) is a low-abundance signaling molecule. A regulatory complex made up of VAC14 and FIG4 (MIM 609390) control synthesis of PI(3,5)P2 by activating PI(3)P kinase, FAB1 (PIP5K3; MIM 609414). The VAC14/FIG4 complex also functions in the breakdown of PI(3,5)P2 (Zhang et al., 2007 [PubMed 17956977]).[supplied by OMIM
