Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human ST7L peptide using ARM Technology.
A synthetic peptide of human ST7L is used for rabbit immunization. Customer or Abnova will decide on the preferred peptide sequence.
Quality Control Testing:
Antibody reactive against human ST7L peptide by ELISA and mammalian transfected lysate by Western Blot.
In 1x PBS, pH 7.4
Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
1. Customer may provide cell or tissue lysate for antibody screening. 2. Rabbit monoclonal antibody generated by ARM technology is amenable to antibody engineering including F(ab)2, IgG, scFv and different Fc and non-Fc conjugates per customer request.
This gene was identified by its similarity to the ST7 tumor suppressor gene found in the chromosome 7q31 region. This gene is clustered in a tail-to-tail manner with the WNT2B gene in a chromosomal region known to be deleted and rearranged in a variety of cancers. The function of this gene has not yet been determined. Several transcript variants encoding many different isoforms have been described, but some have not been fully characterized.
