Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human NT5C3 peptide using ARM Technology.
A synthetic peptide of human NT5C3 is used for rabbit immunization. Customer or Abnova will decide on the preferred peptide sequence.
Quality Control Testing:
Antibody reactive against human NT5C3 peptide by ELISA and mammalian transfected lysate by Western Blot.
In 1x PBS, pH 7.4
Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
1. Customer may provide cell or tissue lysate for antibody screening. 2. Rabbit monoclonal antibody generated by ARM technology is amenable to antibody engineering including F(ab)2, IgG, scFv and different Fc and non-Fc conjugates per customer request.
Pyrimidine 5-prime-nucleotidase (P5N; EC 220.127.116.11), also called uridine 5-prime monophosphate hydrolase (UMPH), catalyzes the dephosphorylation of the pyrimidine 5-prime monophosphates UMP and CMP to the corresponding nucleosides. There are 2 isozymes of pyrimidine 5-prime nucleotidase in red blood cells, referred to as type I (UMPH1) and type II (UMPH2; MIM 191720). The 2 enzymes are not separable by electrophoresis in humans but have distinct kinetic properties, and the proteins show no homology.[supplied by OMIM
