Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human MAP4K3 peptide using ARM Technology.
A synthetic peptide of human MAP4K3 is used for rabbit immunization. Customer or Abnova will decide on the preferred peptide sequence.
Quality Control Testing:
Antibody reactive against human MAP4K3 peptide by ELISA and mammalian transfected lysate by Western Blot.
In 1x PBS, pH 7.4
Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
1. Customer may provide cell or tissue lysate for antibody screening. 2. Rabbit monoclonal antibody generated by ARM technology is amenable to antibody engineering including F(ab)2, IgG, scFv and different Fc and non-Fc conjugates per customer request.
This gene encodes a member of the Ste20 family of serine/threonine protein kinases. The protein belongs to the subfamily that consists of members, such as germinal center kinase (GCK), that are characterized by an N-terminal catalytic domain and C-terminal regulatory domain. The kinase activity of the encoded protein can be stimulated by UV radiation and tumor necrosis factor-alpha. The protein specifically activates the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling pathway. Evidence suggests that it functions upstream of mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 1 (MEKK1). This gene previously was referred to as RAB8-interacting protein-like 1 (RAB8IPL1), but it has been renamed mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 3 (MAP4K3). [provided by RefSeq
