Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human NR1H2 peptide using ARM Technology.
A synthetic peptide of human NR1H2 is used for rabbit immunization. Customer or Abnova will decide on the preferred peptide sequence.
Quality Control Testing:
Antibody reactive against human NR1H2 peptide by ELISA and mammalian transfected lysate by Western Blot.

The LX receptors (LXRs) were originally identified as orphan members of the nuclear receptor superfamily because their ligands were unknown.
