A synthetic peptide of human SSR3 is used for rabbit immunization. Customer or Abnova will decide on the preferred peptide sequence.
Quality Control Testing:
Antibody reactive against human SSR3 peptide by ELISA and mammalian transfected lysate by Western Blot.

Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

The signal sequence receptor (SSR) is a glycosylated endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane receptor associated with protein translocation across the ER membrane. The SSR is comprised of four membrane proteins/subunits: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. The first two are glycosylated subunits and the latter two are non-glycosylated subunits.
