Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human ALDH3B1 peptide using ARM Technology.
A synthetic peptide of human ALDH3B1 is used for rabbit immunization. Customer or Abnova will decide on the preferred peptide sequence.
Quality Control Testing:
Antibody reactive against human ALDH3B1 peptide by ELISA and mammalian transfected lysate by Western Blot.
In 1x PBS, pH 7.4
Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
1. Customer may provide cell or tissue lysate for antibody screening. 2. Rabbit monoclonal antibody generated by ARM technology is amenable to antibody engineering including F(ab)2, IgG, scFv and different Fc and non-Fc conjugates per customer request.
The aldehyde dehydrogenases are a family of isozymes that may play a major role in the detoxification of aldehydes generated by alcohol metabolism and lipid peroxidation. This particular gene spans about 20 kb of genomic DNA and is composed of 9 coding exons. The gene is highly expressed in kidney and lung. The functional significance of this gene as well as the cellular localization of its product are presently unknown. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq
