    QC Testing of DI0207
Representative image of Proximity Ligation Assay of protein-protein interactions between KITLG and FLT3LG. HeLa cells were stained with anti-KITLG rabbit purified polyclonal antibody 1:1200 and anti-FLT3LG mouse monoclonal antibody 1:50. Each red dot represents the detection of protein-protein interaction complex. The images were analyzed using an optimized freeware (BlobFinder) download from The Centre for Image Analysis at Uppsala University.
  • Supplied Product:
  • Antibody pair set content:
    1. KITLG rabbit purified polyclonal antibody (20 ug)
    2. FLT3LG mouse monoclonal antibody (40 ug)
*Reagents are sufficient for at least 30-50 assays using recommended protocols.
  • Storage Instruction:
  • Store reagents of the antibody pair set at -20°C or lower. Please aliquot to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycle. Reagents should be returned to -20°C storage immediately after use.

  • Gene Name:
  • KITLG

  • DKFZp686F2250,KL-1,Kitl,MGF,SCF,SF,SHEP7
  • Gene Description:
  • KIT ligand
  • Gene Summary:
  • This gene encodes the ligand of the tyrosine-kinase receptor encoded by the KIT locus. This ligand is a pleiotropic factor that acts in utero in germ cell and neural cell development, and hematopoiesis, all believed to reflect a role in cell migration. In adults, it functions pleiotropically, while mostly noted for its continued requirement in hematopoiesis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
