Product Description
The 6x loading dye contains bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF for easy visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis. The ready-to-use solution can be used for loading samples on agarose or polyacrylamide gels.
Composition
10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
0.03% (w/v) Bromophenol blue
0.03% (w/v) Xylene cyanol FF
60% (v/v) Glycerol
60 mM EDTAQuality Control Testing
Functionally tested for DNA sample loading on agarose gel electrophoresis.
Recommend Usage
1/6 volume of the Load 6x Loading Dye solution should be added to the DNA sample.
Storage Instruction
Store at 4°C up to 12 months. For long term storage store at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. -
