Applications
Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
Western blot analysis of YES1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3445) in mouse kidney tissue lysate. YES1 (arrow) was detected using purified polyclonal antibody. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with YES1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3445) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma. -

HyperlinkGene Summary
This gene is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene. The encoded protein has tyrosine kinase activity and belongs to the src family of proteins. This gene lies in close proximity to thymidylate synthase gene on chromosome 18, and a corresponding pseudogene has been found on chromosome 22. [provided by RefSeq
