Western blot analysis of BIRC4 in various tumor cell lines recombinant BIRC4 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB0282) at 1 : 2000.
Western Blot (Recombinant protein)
Western blot analysis of recombinant full-length IAP proteins using polyclonal antibody to BIRC4 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB0282) at 1 : 2000. The data shows that the antibody recognizes only BIRC4 and not the other IAP proteins.
Immunohistochemical analysis of BIRC4 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma. Using BIRC4 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB0282) at 1 : 2000. A-A3, successively higher magnifications of the breast carcinoma tissue section. Hematoxylin-eosin counterstain.
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of a family of proteins which inhibit apoptosis through binding to tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factors TRAF1 and TRAF2. This protein inhibits apoptosis induced by menadione, a potent inducer of free radicals, and ICE. It also inhibits at least two members of the caspase family of cell-death proteases, caspase-3 and caspase-7. [provided by RefSeq
