Applications
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human liver tissue (A, 4 µm), and skin tissue with neuroendokrine carcinoma of skin- Merkel cell carcinoma (B, 4 µm), stained with KRT18 monoclonal antibody, clone R20-H (Cat # MAB9769) shows strong positive cytoplasmic immunostaining of the bile duct epithelial cells and week to moderate stains of liver cells (A), strong positive cytoplasmic and dot-like immunostaining of neoplastic cells (B).
