Abnova reserves the right to change this policy at any time by posting to this web site, but such changes will not affect information about you obtained prior to the effective date of the change.

Information Collection :
When you communicate with Abnova through Abnova Site or other means, you will provide basic contact information (i.e.: name, address, phone number, e-mail address). If you send us correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, or if other users or third parties such as businesses send us correspondence about your activities in connection with Abnova Site or other communications, we may retain that information. Abnova does not currently use cookies (small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive).

Use of Information :
Abnova uses contact information obtained through Abnova Site and other means to send e-mail and postal mail supplying customers with the most recent product information. Abnova may contact you by e-mail to send you information about your order (e.g.: order confirmations, shipment notifications, etc.). Abnova may also contact site visitors via e-mail regarding their account status, and changes to any relevant agreements or policies. Abnova may share information with third parties that, based on our experiential or other data, do not personally identify any of our users. This may include such information as product preferences within certain sectors of our user base for instance. We may use your information to determine the advertisements that are displayed on Abnova Site. However, our advertisers do not have access to your personal information.
