| Abnova offers monoclonal antibody (Mab) development in mice and rats with guaranteed success based on customer's specific applications. Abnova's immunization protocols can be adapted for native proteins, recombinant proteins, membrane proteins, and peptides. There are approximately 1000 hybridoma clones being screened in order to select up to 10 best validated ELISA-positive clones to be delivered to customers. With Abnova's stringent screening protocols, the selected monoclonal antibodies are suitable for a wide range of applications, including ELISA, Western Blot, IHC, IF, IP, and many more. Without supplying the immunogen, you will only need to provide us with the designated cDNA. We will sub-clone it into our proprietary vector, express in the In Vitro Wheat Germ Protein Expression System, and generate proteins that show more native conformation. |
