Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic peptide of Foxp3.
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-50 of human FOXP3.
Host:
Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human
Specificity:
This antibody reacts with murine FOXP3 protein. It does react with human protein but very weakly. For human reactivity, see NB 600-245. Other species have not been tested. This is specific to FOXP3. By Western blot, this antibody recognizes bands at ~47.2 KDa representing FOXP3. This antibody only detects transfected samples. It has not been shown to work on endogenous samples via western blot. This antibody has not been tested in any other application.
Form:
Liquid
Conjugation:
Biotin
Recommend Usage:
Western Blot (1:1000-1:5000) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the forkhead/winged-helix family of transcriptional regulators. Defects in this gene are the cause of immunodeficiency polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked syndrome (IPEX), also known as X-linked autoimmunity-immunodeficiency syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq
