Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against native CD34.
Immunogen:
Native purified CD34 from permanent human cell line derived from peripheral leucocytes of a patient suffering from chronic myeloid leukaemia.
Host:
Mouse
Theoretical MW (kDa):
110-115
Reactivity:
Human
Specificity:
This antibody reacts with Class III epitope on CD34 (Mucosialin), a 110-115 KDa monomeric transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein expressed on hematopoietic progenitors cells and on the most pluripotential stem cells; it is gradually lost on progenitor cells.
Form:
Liquid
Conjugation:
FITC
Isotype:
IgG1
Recommend Usage:
Flow Cytometry (20 ul in human blood cells 100 ul in whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS (0.2% BSA, 15 mM sodium azide)
Storage Instruction:
Store in the dark at 4°C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Note:
This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Surface staining of KG-1a (human acute myelogenous leukemia cell line) with CD34 monoclonal antibody, clone 4H11[APG] (FITC) (Cat # MAB4412). Total viable cells were used for analysis.
CD34 is a monomeric cell surface antigen with a molecular mass of approximately 110 kD that is selectively expressed on human hematopoietic progenitor cells.[supplied by OMIM
