Immunofluorescenct staining of MDA-MB-231 cells with GPR119 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone Gipg013 (Cat # RAB03492).
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde MDA-MB-231 cells fixed on Shi-fix™ coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric r version of RAB03492 at 10 ug/mL for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/mL), showing cytoplasmic staining with additional puncta. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). The negative control was stained withunimmunized r version antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
