Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric analysis of mouse lymphocytes with Cd8a recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone YTS 105.18 (Cat # RAB03350).
Mouse lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (panel A) or the rmeric version of RAB03350 (panel B) at a concentration of 1 ug/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing the bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-ribody and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
