The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

Storage Buffer

Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4.

Storage Instruction

Store the lyophilized protein at -20°C.
A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other buffer.
After reconstitution with distilled water, store at -20°C.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Note

This molecule has a calculated mass of approximately 76 kDa. Recombinant S1 migrates due to glycosylation as an approximately 120 kDa protein under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE.
