Native protein purified from Dactylium dendroides
Activity
>=30 units per mg dry weight. One Unit equals a change in absorbance at 425 nm of 1.0 per minute at 25°C, pH 6.0 using a peroxidase/o-tolidine coupled assay with galactose as the substrate.

Note
Contains sodium phosphate and sucrose as stabilizers. One A425 unit is approximately equivalent to 0.54 umole oxidized galactose.
