Western Blot (Cell lysate)
The SETD8 monoclonal antibody, clone 43AT551.86.76. (Cat # MAB1153) is used in Western blot to detect SETD8 in SAOS-2 (lane 1) and NIH/3T3 cell lysates (lane 2) .
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testisreacted with SETD8 monoclonal antibody, clone 43AT551.86.76. (Cat # MAB1153), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
