- Western blot analysis of CAB39 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3658) in CEM cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). CAB39 (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 60 dilution).
- Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
- Western blot analysis of CAB39 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3658) in 293 cell line lysates transiently transfected with the CAB39 gene (2 ug/lane). CAB39 (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 60 dilution).
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with CAB39 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3658) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
