Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against partial recombinant CD4.
Recombinant Fc fusion protein corresponding to partial human CD4.
Theoretical MW (kDa):
This antibody recognizes CD4 antigen, a 55 KDa transmebrane glycoprotein expressed on a subset of T lymphocytes (helper T-cells) and also on monocytes, tissue macrophages and granulocytes.
Flow Cytometry (20 ul in human blood cells 100 ul in whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
In PBS (0.2% BSA, 15 mM sodium azide)
Store in the dark at 4°C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
