The ApoTox-Glo™ Triplex Assay combines three Promega assay chemistries to assess viability, cytotoxicity and apoptosis within a single assay well. The first part of the assay simultaneously measures two protease activities: GF-AFC is used to measure cell viability, and bis-AAF-R110 to cytotoxicity. The second part of the assay uses the Caspase-Glo® to measure caspase activity.
