Applications
Western Blot
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Immunohistochemical staining with CHUK polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB10246) was diluted 1 : 500 to detect CHUK in human kidney tissue. Tissue was formalin fixed and paraffin embedded. No pre-treatment of sample was required. The image shows the localization of antibody as the precipitated red signal, with a hematoxylin purple nuclear counter stain.Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay

HyperlinkGene Summary
This gene encodes a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family. The encoded protein, a component of a cytokine-activated protein complex that is an inhibitor of the essential transcription factor NF-kappa-B complex, phosphorylates sites that trigger the degradation of the inhibitor via the ubiquination pathway, thereby activating the transcription factor.
